SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We provide free shipping to all cities in Türkiye. We work with Yurtiçi Kargo for all domestic shipments.

Products in our stock are delivered to cargo within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is approved and payment is completed, it will be prepared for shipping. Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is approved by LANURUN. Orders you create with pre-order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the date specified in the pre-order section.

Lanurun is also not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY;

Your return request is accepted within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you. The product must be in the same condition, in its original packaging, unused, and must carry the original labels and accessories. Make sure that the product you are returning is delivered in its original condition, with the product care card, and packaging (cardboard cargo box, printed bag box, dust bag, tissue wrapped chain, etc.), otherwise your return cannot be accepted and your money will not be refunded.
